The Contract 16 / ( 39 )
Right now. Exactly now. I have finished drawing the last pages of the current chapter. I cant even tell, how many they are, because I ... save paper and devided up some of the big panels over several pages. Smart. Also - the base file of todays page actually says 13 - I really have to think about my file numbering. I have some automated actions to create thumbnails and save the languages, but if i have the wrong name down for the source file, all the other files adopt that name and boy, whew, this is so interesting. I am boring myself even writing this, how should the poor reader feel...
I cant wait to scan the pages - which are 11 sheets of paper containing about 14 pages. If i calculate correctly, this chapter will have about 30 seperate uploads. Nooo, wait. about 35, but 5 of those are single panels that gradually.. a, you ll see. This is massive. The first chapter had 4 pages. Now I am at about 25 drawn pages + seperate background drawings... but i knew that this would be a killer chapter to draw. its one of the longest. The next one will be quite experimental and not absolutely necessary and i am outsourcing one to an artist i love so I can build up some material to hopefully release more at one go.
Maybe I should start outsourcing my late, late night early morning stream of consciousness blog entry like ramblings. I am sorry to the person that actually managed to read this.
Facts about the current page: Schroedinger has to take out the two helpers right away. I planned on her using a tazer. But shes sitting at her desk - where should she have gotten that tazer from? The helpers do have tazers on them, but she cant reach those in time. I think its unlikely that the right guy is knocked out by a half-empty coffee pot... but the story wants that. So. yeah.
