I actually thought that animating this would be easy. I feel though for jumpy shadows to work i would need to redraw the whole frame with changed shadows instead of only redrawing the shadows. Also positioning the elements more effectively and having more distinct shapes could help.
I decided for a mouse over because this is seizure inducing annoying. As is Barbera.
