Originally this whole chapter was 2 chapters and its one of the most rewritten ones, because I did not realize that i didnt get Jaunes motivation right. I fixed that now. This and the last page were the whole other chapter.
After Jey was burnt up, Jaune tries to revive him and apologize in a romantic setting. Her motivation was discovering that giant statue, thinking it was of her. Shes truly apologetic and wants to make this relationship work for real and not really betray him by stealing his passwords. But then again - she kinda owes it to the lady and if we could just get the passwords out of the way, we could do the dirty already. In a fit of lust Jey surrenders the password. And while they start going to town she finds the RING and loses her shit completely.
After what she has done to Jey and the kind of person jey is - i found it problematic that its her womanly charms and his animal brain that motivates him to surrender the passwords. Not that this chapter didnt have ANY OTHER problematic things... ehem. Its a serial killer comic.
but, you know, Jey is obsessed with Ginny. Jaune is just some replacement that vaguely resembles his step daughter.
